Who we are

ÉCHALE ("we," "us") is a pre-launch food and beverage brand. This site collects email addresses for a launch waitlist. We are not yet selling products.

What we collect

• Email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Optional flavor preference you select, used only to plan our launch.
• Limited technical data from your request: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the raw IP), your country code, and any UTM campaign tags in the link you arrived from. We use these to prevent spam and understand where signups come from.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics pixels on this site. We do not collect payment information, since nothing is for sale yet. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

How we use it

To notify you when ÉCHALE launches, share founding-member early access and pricing, and let you vote on flavors. That is all.

Who we share it with

Your email is stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) and, if you confirm, our email provider (Resend) to deliver launch updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send. Under the CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar laws, you may request access to or deletion of your data. Email hola@echalemix.com and we will honor verified requests.

Data retention

We keep waitlist emails until launch plus a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete yours.
